<p style="margin-top: 0px; margin-bottom: 5px; line-height: 200%" align="left"><span style="font-family: 宋体">由原广东省副省长杰出人民教育家王屏山亲手创办的一所全日制普通高等院校。学院承传王屏山教育思想办学。现有在校生共5400多人。被授予“广东省首届十佳民办大专院校”、“2005年全国百强民办院校”、“广东2006年民办高校就业竞争力十强”等荣誉称号。</span></p>
<p style="margin-top: 5px; margin-bottom: 5px; line-height: 200%" align="left"><span style="font-family: 宋体"> 学校拥有坚强的领导班子，师资力量雄厚。教师中有副高职称以上的教师32.6%；具有研究生学历的教师占专任老师的40%，以上比例排在全省民办大专院校 前列。</span></p>
<p style="margin-top: 5px; margin-bottom: 5px; line-height: 200%" align="left"><span style="font-family: 宋体"> 我院学制三年，属大专层次，拥有十四个专业：生物技术及应用、计算机网络技术、计算机应用技术、室内环境设计、通信技术、应用电子技术、人力资源管理、工商企业管理、会计、商务英语、电子商务、物业管理、旅游管理、舞蹈。</span></p>
<p style="margin-top: 5px; margin-bottom: 5px; line-height: 200%" align="left"><span style="font-family: 宋体"> 学院与深圳市高新技术产业区相邻，学生的校外实践环境好，就业机会多。近几年，就业率均在96%以上，2007年97.24%，且大部分在深圳就业。毕业生良好的 专业技能、职业道德和敬业精神受到用人单位的好评。</span></p>
<p style="margin-top: 5px; margin-bottom: 5px; line-height: 200%" align="left"><span style="font-family: 宋体"> 学院为了提供毕业生出国留学机会。特举办3+1专升本留英班。凡被我院录取的新生，可以自愿到该班学习。学习三年后，可以取得我国专科毕业文凭，并可到英国博尔顿大学读本科、研究生。</span></p>

<p style="margin-top: 5px; margin-bottom: 5px; line-height: 200%" align="left"><span style="font-family: 宋体"> 最近深圳市南山区政府为我校在深圳市沙河征得土地10万平方米为新校园用地，目前新校园的建设已经启动。 明年暑假第一批学生可以进到新校园学习生活。为了适应教育事业的发展，我院还在广州市石牌设立东、西校区。</span></p>
